Most people think that sunlight is their enemy because to them, sunlight can damage their skin health. That's true somehow, but the damage starts when the sun is on its highest point, around 12.00 am. On that time, sun ight contains UV that very 
dangerous for skin health.

Even so, sunlight also have its benefits for health in the morning time. Here is 10 benefits of sun light :

1.  Morning sunlight can kill microorganism. Thats why we have to dry carpet and bed after being washed under the sun. Sunbathe can make our skin brighter. It also proven that it could be increase human immune.
